I was a head chef in this tex mex american cuisine restaurant inside this US base for 2 years until i was promoted as duty manager for another 2 years. This restaurant was really busy most of the time. Aside from walk-in guest we cater big functions of 1500 pax in the outdoor amphitheater and some other function rooms inside the base.
